Everyone knows of Salesforce CPQ, maybe even seen it, but for many that is where the conversation stops. It can be difficult to recognize how the application would work for their business, what benefits it provides, and how it would be successful. In this session we will discuss how CPQ is utilized in different verticals and why it is used. We’ll review how CPQ is not just a “quoting” application and see how it can span from the sales process all the way through the billing process. Finally, we will understand how to prepare for a CPQ implementation including who needs to be involved, how long it will take, and pitfalls to avoid.
